FeedBeater is a dead simple online service that can create a feed from any website URL around the web. To create a feed go to FeedBeater homepage and enter the URL you want to convert. Then click on the "beat it!" button to have your feed instantly generated. You can also add this feed to any web-based feed reader or to your favorite desktop feed reader.
When I tried to use FeedBeater myself, I found that the service couldn't handle all types of URL as it claims. For example, FeedBeater could beat Techmeme's URL but it couldn't beat Wimkhan's URL, URL of my personal wordpress blog.
Features:
- Create feed from website URL.
- Easily subscribe to created feed using almost any feed reader.
- FeedBeater browser bookmarklet is available, it lets turn any web site into a feed without having to visit FeedBeater website.
- FeedBeater widget or script supported, allows your site visitors quickly subscribe to any page on your website. (webmasters only)
- Similar websites: Feedity and Page2RSS
