Phandy is a web service that allows you to share your favorite photos with friends on the network. It works in twitter like manner, where you can follow others and be followed by others.To start sharing register and then drag the "Share to Phandy" button to your browser toolbar. Whenever you find a picture worthy of sharing, simply click on the button and all your followers would get notified.
